Saya suka sekali Panada, setahu Saya makanan ini asalnya dari Manado. Gak tahunya waktu di Pacific Island Ada yg buat juga temen dari Philippines. Rupanya makanan ini asal muasalnya dari Spanyol dengan nama Epanada. Panada yang biasa Saya makan di Indonesia isianya terbuat dari ikan saja. Kalau di Philippines ditambah keju. Rasanya uenakkkk ( bagi yang suka keju ya ) Bisa pakai keju Mozarella atau chedar

Bahan-bahan:
20 pcs

Bahan Kulit:
300 gr Terigu protein tinggi
100 ml susu cair
75 gr santan kental
1/2 sdt ragi
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
1 bt telur

Bahan isi (diblender halus):
5 bt bawang merah
4 bt bawang putih
2 bt kemiri
1 bt tomat
2 ruas jahe

Bahan isi (tumis):
300 gr ikan tuna
1 bt sereh
6 lembar daun jeruk
10 lembar kemangi
2 sdm air jeruk
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sdm santal kental
5 sdm minyak untuk menumis
3 sdm gula pasir
20 batang keju ukuran 0.5x0.5x4cm

Langkah:
1. Buat adonan isi dengan memblender semua bahan halus Lalu tumis




2. Setelah harum masukan Sereh Dan daun jeruk Lalu tuna yang sudah di suwir




3. Biarkan tuna matang Lalu masukkan santan Dan air jeruk serta kemangi. Tambahkan gula Dan kaldu ayam. Aduk" biarkan bumbu meresap. Koreksi rasa.



4. Sambil menunggu dingin Bahan isiannya buat adonan kulit. Campur semua adonan kering dalam baskom.


5. Setelah tercampur rata masukkan telur, santan, susu uleni sampai kalis.


6. Diamkan selama 30 menit tutup pakai Kain atau plastic wrap.Kempeskan adonan bagi masing" @25gr.


7. Lalu diisi dengan abon tuna Dan keju. Lalu lipat berbentuk seperti pastel.




8. Goreng dengan API kecil agar matang merata
