Nyobain ngolah pisang jdi kue talam yg katanya rasanya manis" gurih enak ,ya gtu deh sialnya stelah matang dan stelah di fto.. Langsung amblaass di embaatt sma orang" rumah, aq malah blom ngerasain secuilpun tpi gk apalah yg pnting udh kejepret dan bsa nyimpen resepnya ini aq pake pisang Ambon yg harum wanginya, manis dan krna teksturnya yg lembek jdi pas bnget utk di bikin kue talam

Bahan-bahan:
Bahan Lapisan Bawah :
350 gr pisang Ambon (berat bersih stelah di kupas)
100 gr gula palem(cairkan dgn 100 ml air panas lalu dinginkan)
75 gram tepung sagu / tapioka
50 gr kelapa parut
1 butir telur
1/4 sdt vanili bubuk

Lapisan Atas :
200 ml santan(tdak terlalu encer atau kental)
1/2 sdt garam
5 sdm tepung beras
2 sdm tepung maizena / Tepung jagung

Langkah:
1. Siapkan loyang(saya pake loyang bulat uk.diameter 18 cm) olesi sedikit carlo, sisihkan. Didihkan air di dandang pengukus
2. Untuk Lapisan Bawah: Siapkan blender Potong" pisang yg sdah di kupas, campur dan masukkan potongan pisang dan gula palem yg sdah di cairkan,blender hingga halus


3. Dalam wadah masukkan tepung sagu /tapioka, vanili bubuk dan kelapa parut tuang adonan yg sudah di blender tdi, aduk rata


4. Masukkan telur, aduk rata kembali


5. Tuang ke dalam loyang, kukus dgan api sedang cenderung kecil ya supaya permukaan tdak bergelombang, kukus selama kurleb 25 menitan


6. Setelah hampir matang utk lapisan bawah sambil menunggu buatlah lapisan atasnya, dalam wadah campur semua bahan,aduk rata hingga licin tdk bergerindil.


7. Lapisan bawah sudah mengeras tuang adonan lapisan atasnya, kukus lagi selama kurleb 15 menitan atau smpai matang


8. Gunakan api sedang cenderung kecil ya, ini punya saya sedikit bergelombang krna lupa gk ngecilin api nya jdi nya gini deh. Setelah itu keluarkan dari loyang, biarkan dingin


9. Setelah dingin potong2 sesuai selera


10. Cocok bnget untuk sarapan pagi hari di temani secangkir teh
