Dasar vla ini sebenarnya vla susu aja, cuma ditambah bubuk taro biar wangi dan warnanya cantik. Taruh bubuk taro-nya dikit aja warnanya da gonjreng
habis bikin chiffon taro nih bubuk belom digunain lagi jadi kepikiran gimana kalo di campur aja sama vla susu biar ga bosen gitu dan ada variasinya, dan ternyata cocok2 aja

Bahan-bahan
 17 buah

150 gr tepung protein sedang
150 ml air putih
100 ml susu cair
100 gr salted butter
4 butir telur suhu ruang
1 sdt gula pasir
Secubit garam

Vla:
400 ml susu cair full cream
1 sdt vanila pasta
3 butir kuning telur
100 gr gula pasir
40 gr tepung maizena
7 gr taro bubuk
1 sdm butter
Taburan: gula halus

Langkah
Panaskan susu cair, air, butter, gula dan garam sampai mendidih, matikan api, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk cepat dengan spatula sampai menggumpal menjadi adonan.
Aduk kembali dengan api kecil selama beberapa menit. Matikan api.
Tunggu sampai hangat lalu masukkan telur satu persatu sambil diaduk rata (1 telur teraduk rata baru masukkan telur selanjutnya)
Masukkan adonan ke dalam piping bag. Semprotkan adonan yg sudah dialas kertas baking
Panggang 180-190 derajat selama 20 menit, lalu turunkan suhu menjadi 160-170 derajat selama 15-20 menit sampai matang dan kokoh


Vla: aduk semua bahan kecuali butter, hingga rata lalu saring.
Masak sampai mengental dan lembut. Ingat: diaduk terus jgn berhenti sebelum mengental agar mendapatkan tekstur yg halus!! Masukkan butter, aduk lagi sampai rata dan glossy. Matikan api.
Tutup permukaan vla dengan plastik anti panas supaya tidak berkulit (plastik menempel pada vla ya) dan biarkan vla sampai dingin
Masukkan vla ke dalam piping bag dan masukkan kulkas
Bila mau dimakan baru semprot vla-nya ke choux. Saya suka dimakan saat vla masi dingin dingin enak begituuu coba d!


Jgn lupa sebelum dihidangkan taburi gula halus biar cantik tampilannya
