Päronkaka (pear cake)

Orang Swedia kan suka banget ngopi ya, sampai-sampai di sini ada istilah "fika" alias coffee break yang hukumnya tidak wajib, tapi kalau ga ikut tuh kesannya anti sosial banget, hahaha.
Kalau lagi fika, biasanya orang-orang juga makan sesuatu yang manis untuk mendampingi kopi pahit mereka. Päronkaka ini adalah hidangan yang pas untuk fika dengan kopi pahit atau teh tawar. Resep ini diadaptasi dari resep ljuvlig äppelkaka (lovely apple cake) by lindasbakskola. Karena di rumah tidak ada apel, saya menggunakan buah pir dan rasanya sangat enak. Tampilannya juga cantik, hehehe. Silakan mencoba!
Oiya karena sumbernya dari website Swedia, maka resep ini menggunakan satuan dl (1 dl = 100 ml). Awalnya menurut saya cukup aneh, tapi ternyata sangat memudahkan karena tidak ambigu dan tidak perlu timbangan sama sekali.

Bahan-bahan
 8 porsi

Adonan kue:
2 buah telur
200 ml gula pasir
250 ml tepung terigu
1,5 sdt baking powder
2 sdt vanili bubuk
150 ml butter, lelehkan

Topping:
2 buah pir, kupas dan iris
Bubuk kayu manis
Gula pasir

Langkah
Pre-heat oven pada suhu 180°C.
Mix telur dan gula pasir dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai pucat dan mengembang.
Masukkan bahan-bahan kering dan aduk dengan spatula. Setelah tercampur merata, masukkan butter leleh dan aduk rata.
Siapkan loyang (saya menggunakan loyang berukuran diameter 24 cm), olesi dengan butter dan sedikit tepung (saya menggunakan tepung panir agar tepiannya lebih crunchy).
Tuang adonan ke loyang. Tata buah pir di atasnya, taburi dengan cinnamon powder dan sedikit gula pasir. Panggang di tengah oven selama 35 menit dengan api atas bawah.


Jadi deh päronkaka yang moist dengan pinggiran super crunchy. Sajikan dengan whipped cream dan segelas kopi!
