Korean Garlic Cheese Bread

Bahan roti :
220 ml air
200 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
125 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
2 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt garam
1 sdt ragi instant
2 sdm olive oil/minyak goreng
1 sdm madu

Bahan garlic sauce :
100 gr mentega cair
35 gr bawang putih
20 gr susu kental manis
15 gr madu
1 sdm parsley cincang
1 butir telur ukuran kecil
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica

Bahan cheese bechamel :
3 sdm tepung protein sedang
50 gr mentega
250 ml susu cair
100 gr keju cheddar parut
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt garam

Cara :
1. Aduk semua bahan roti dengan menggunakan sumpit hanya sampai tercampur rata, tutup dengan plastik wrap lalu diamkan adonan minimal 2 jam.
2. Setelah 2 jam, pindahkan adonan ke talenan/meja yg sebelumnya sudah diberi taburan tepung supaya tidak lengket, uleni sebentar saja, jika terlalu lengket lumuri permukaan tangan dengan minyak.
3. Bagi adonan menjadi 6 bagian lalu bentuk bulat, tata adonan di loyang yg sudah dioles minyak, beri jarak karena adonan akan mengembang, proofing selama 30 menit.
4. Panaskan oven 220’C, panggang selama kurang lebih 15 menit hingga matang kecoklatan.
5. Untuk garlic sauce : campurkan semua bahan lalu aduk hingga rata
6. Untuk cheese bechamel, panaskan mentega dan tepung dalam pan lalu masak hingga tepung matang sambil terus diaduk, jgn sampai gosong, tambahkan susu, keju parut, garam dan gula, aduk hingga keju meleleh dan menyatu, matikan api. Setelah dingin masukkan ke plastik segitiga.
7. Belah roti menjadi 6 atau 8 bagian sama rata tapi jangan putus.
8. Semprotkan bechamel disetiap sisi roti lalu oles dengan garlic sauce.
9. Letakkan diloyang yg dialasi kertas roti lalu panggang dengan suhu 220’c selama 10-15 menit.
