CHOCOLATE MACARONS

Bahan:
100 gr putih telur yang sudah nginap semalam, yang fresh juga boleh yg penting dalam suhu ruang
100 gr almond powder
2 sdm bubuk coklat
160 gr icing sugar
60 gr caster sugar
1/2sdt cream of tartar / boleh diganti dengan perasaan jeruk lemon 1sdt.

Filling: 
Nutella (lagi ga enak badan jadinya nyari yg cepet aja) 

Cara membuat:
Buat template dulu lingkaran 1,5 inch.
Campur almond powder, coklat bubuk dan icing sugar food processor sebentar lalu ayak buang sisa yang kasar (karena ga punya food processor jadinya aku blender aja dan aku ayak 3x)
Kocok putih telur sampai berbusa masukkan cream of tartar kocok sampai berbusa halus lalu masukkan gula castor sedikit demi sedikit kocok sampai firm teteskan 1 atau 2 drops pewarna gel kocok lagi sebentar.
Masukkan campuran almond, coklat bubuk dan icing sugar kedalam kocokkan putih telur aduk balik sambil ditekan secara perlahan dengan rubber spatula sampai adonan mencapai larva consistency.
Jangan over mix atau under mix, over mix macaron akan melebar, under mix macaron akan retak.
Masukkan kedalam piping bag dengan round tip (ujung piping bag digunting sekitar 2cm juga bisa)
Letakkan template diatas loyang lalu letakan baking paper diatasnya atau silicone mat (aku ga punya jadi aku pake baking paper aja lalu buat bulatan2 sekitar 1.5" setelah selesai balikkan baking papernya)
Semprotkan diatas loyang yang dialasi baking paper atau silicone mat.
Hentakkan loyang beberapa kali diatas meja untuk mengeluarkan air bubbles.
Biarkan  selama 30 menit sampai permukaannya kering ketika disentuh (jangan menitnya ya yg dijadikan patokan, tapi adonan yg sudah kering ketika disentuh)
Panggang dalam suhu 150°C- 160°C selama 10-15 menit.
Angkat dan tunggu dingin dulu baru dilepaskan dari baking paper.
Ambil satu keping macaron beri filling dan tutup denga satu keping lagi seperti membuat sandwich.
Sajikan. Letakkan sisa macaron dalam wadah kedap udara dan bila tersisa simpan dalam lemari es.
